One of a kind, unique duplex with a historic fire tower from 1982 and a roof terrace!
The area of this apartment is 100 m2. The apartment consists of: a very large, fully equipped kitchen with a dining room, a living room with a flat-screen TV and a hanging armchair, a master bedroom (in the tower) with a double bed 160x200 cm, a bedroom on the second level (attic) with one double bed 180x200 cm and two single beds 90x200 cm, a bathroom with a shower and a work room (upper level of the tower).Air conditioning available in the living room and bedroom on the second level.
Large windows on three sides open completely, creating the so-called French balcony.
The cherry on the cake is the terrace on the roof of the building with a view of the city, the park and the lake in the distance.
The apartment is fully equipped with kitchen appliances and utensils, a washer-dryer, a hairdryer, an iron, cosmetics, bed linen and towels. The apartment has a large wardrobe (near the bathroom) and smaller hangers in the attic bedroom.
Our apartment does not have security measures for younger children.
The apartment offers a free parking space in a closed parking lot. Access to the apartment by elevator.
